1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

4. THE ORDER PROCESS

5. THE PRICE
The price of the products is indicated in euros. The price invoiced is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by hairdesignaccess including the price of the product, packaging and transport costs. hairdesignaccess reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is registered subject to availability on that date. hairdesignaccess retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the customer.
6. PAYMENT

7. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient or, in the event of his absence, to a person authorized by the Customer. The products purchased are delivered in mainland France, in the French Overseas Territories as well as throughout Europe on the site www.hairdesignaccess.com, by La Poste. Your order is prepared within 24 hours following validation of your payment (except in the event of a stock shortage). Delivery is made within 24 to 72 working hours for mainland France and between 2 and 7 days for the French Overseas Territories and European countries from the seller's full receipt of the price corresponding to the consideration. In the event of an unusual delay in processing products, an email will be sent to you. The user cannot request compensation in the event of late delivery by the carrier. 8. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The Customer has fourteen (14) working days from delivery to return any product to hairdesignaccess for reimbursement without penalty without having to provide a reason. The products must be complete, intact, in their original packaging and accompanied by their accessories, instructions and documentation. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, hairdesignaccess will reimburse the sums paid by the Customer free of charge, with the exception of shipping and return costs. The liability of hairdesignaccess cannot be incurred due to the total or partial non-performance of its obligations, since its powers of control have been altered by an event of force majeure such as, but not limited to the following list: natural disaster, war, administrative decision, total or partial strike in particular of postal, transport or communication services, fire, flood, etc. The duration of execution of hairdesignaccess services is automatically extended during the force majeure event.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute relating to contractual commitments between hairdesignaccess and its Clients is subject exclusively to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties mentioned, recourse to a court determined by the parties themselves will have sole jurisdiction without any exception.
